Terms Of Service


Items that are ordered incorrectly will not qualify for a return or replacement.  Damaged items will be allowed to be exchanged within a 14 day window of receiving the garments. After 14 days the item or items will not be allowed to be replaced.  If the items need to be replaced, please allow a 1-2 week grace period to complete the replacement garments.  Mocks are approved before the decoration process occurs.  

Online Stores

Online stores are openned and closed at a certain date approved by the person organizing the store.  Once a store is closed, no orders will be allowed.  This is due to the time it takes to set up jobs, especially screen printing.  No exceptions will be made on this regard.  Once a store is closed, we have 2-3 weeks (business days) to order and complete the ordered products.  Delays happen, so if there is a delay we will notify the consumers.  

For openning up an online store, we will give you one free design but after that prices per garment will go up accordingly based off the amount of designs requested.  Keep in mind we require 12 garments for a screen print job per logo.  We reserve the right to refund a customer due to a design not reaching the quantity demand.

For inventory issues, we reserve the right to replace an OUT OF STOCK garment with something similar.  For example, if a Royal Blue Bella Canvas T Shirt in a certain size is out of stock, we will find a garment with the same material and color to replace the OUT OF STOCK garment.

Turnaround Time

Evans Custom Apparel standard turn around time is 10-14 business days from when artwork is approved.  Again delays happen, however if this is the case we will notify the customer.  If a job needs to be completed before our 10-14 business day window, a rush charge will be added.  This will be based on the size of the job and what the job entails.  Online stores, as stated previously, is a little different due to everything for an online store is ordered after the store closes.


All new orders must have a 50% deposit at the time of order placement, unless the customer is on terms.
